CONSTRUCTAFRICA REFUND POLICY
The www.constructafrica.com website sells Digital Products* (research reports) and subscriptions.
*Digital Products include downloads or emailed copies of PDF products to your computer or mobile. Digital Product sales are final. Once a product is purchased, it is generated, emailed to the registered email address and made available for download. After the product has left our systems, it belongs to the user. ConstructAfrica cannot track whether or not a product has been received, opened or read by the recipient and therefore once a digital file is purchased, and downloaded the sale is final and a return, refund and/or cancellation is not available. However, if a customer purchases a digital file but is unable to download the file successfully, and ConstructAfrica has verified that the digital file has not been received or downloaded by the customer, then ConstructAfrica will provide a full refund for the purchase of the digital file to the customer within 30 business days.
Incorrect products purchased in error. Digital Product sales are final. Once a product is purchased, it is generated and the data made available for viewing. ConstructAfrica cannot be held responsible for incorrectly ordered products. We understand however that accidents happen and will be able to help you find the correct product and in some cases issue a refund at our discretion. PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED. In the event that you have received an item which has not been described accurately on our web site, please notify us within 72 hours at [email protected].
Incorrect or incomplete product. We strive to ensure that all data products are accurate. In the unlikely event that any product contains inaccuracies or if an item is incomplete, we will endeavor to correct the data or provide guidance as to where the data point was established.
If you have not found the information you require, get in touch and we will do our best to help you source the data you're looking for. If you have had trouble accessing your report, get in touch and we'll be happy to help. If for whatever reason (login issue or technical issue from our side) results in you being unable to access the report, we will extend the expiry date on your report upon request. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.
