The government of Togo is inviting bids for the development, co-financing, construction, operation and maintenance of solar mini-grids in 56 rural localities.The project is divided into two lots as follows:Lot 1: 29 localities, with an estimated 7,954 potential customers. Total power to install of 2,135 kWp and a distribution network
