
Sierra Leone invites Bids for the Design and Repair of Kongo Dam
The project is part of the Freetown Water & Aquatic Environment Revamping Project (WASHAERP), and will be financed by the African Development Bank.
The executing agency for the project is the Guma Valley Water Company.
According to the Invitation for Bids Notice posted on the African Development Bank website, the scope of work involves:
- The Design and Repair of Kongo Dam, Kongo Weir, Tacuyama Weir, Sugar Loaf Weir, and associated raw water transmission pipelines in Freetown, Republic of Sierra Leone.
Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (International) OCBI procedures as specified in the Bank’s Procurement Framework Standard Bidding Document for procurement of small works December 2021 version and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
