Rwanda invites EOI for Design & Supervision of Electrification Works
Rwanda's Energy Development Corporation Limited (EDCL) has advertised an invitation for interested consultants to submit expressions of interest for the Design and Supervision of Construction of Rural Electrification, Network Reinforcement and Transmission Lines with Substations Works.
The project is part of the the Rwanda Universal Energy Access Project (RUEAP), and will be financed by the African Development Bank. Energy Development Corporation Limited (EDCL) is the Executing Agency.
According to the Notice posted on the African Development Bank website, the scope of services required includes:
