
Nigeria invites bids for 33.5km of rural feeder roads
Nigeria's Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is seeking bids for contract to upgrade 33.5km of rural roads in Ondo State, Nigeria.
The scope of work includes site clearance, earthworks, road upgrades, installation of culverts and drainage structures, pavement and surfacing.
The timeline for completion is 18 months.
The project has been divided into three lots:
Lot 1: Akure South LGA: upgrading 15.446km Oda - Cocoa Board - Camp 2 (Langbodo) Road in Akure South LGA of Ondo State
Lot 2: Irele LGA: upgrading 7.973km Ode - Omi - Iyara Road
Lot 3: Akoko – Southeast LGA: upgrading 10.002km Ifira-Afo road in Akoko Southeast LGA of Ondo State
The project is being funded by the World Bank and the French Development Agency.
Bids must be submitted physically and delivered to the specified address before 12h00 on 21 August 2023. Electronic bidding will not be accepted.
