Mali tenders technical audit for road project
Mali's Ministry of Transport is seeking to appoint a consultant for a technical audit of the works to enhance road infrastructure under the Zantiébougou - Kolondièba - Côte d'Ivoire Border Road (PR8) Development and Asphalting Project.
The African Development Bank Group and the European Union are funding the project.
The contract involves a comprehensive technical review of the road works undertaken as part of the
project. The services encompass evaluating stakeholder responsibilities, technical compliance of
work and materials, onsite investigations, quality of control and monitoring, general and
contractual project management, and review of technical studies.
The services will span four months, consisting of two phases: an initial establishment report with an
implementation schedule and an audit of completed and accepted works.

Expressions of interest, submitted in French, must be delivered no later than 21 August 2023.
