Malawi seeks consultants to design and supervise office HQ project
Malawi’s Blantyre Water Board is inviting consultants to express interest in overseeing the construction of its new HQ.
The scope of services includes preparing detailed engineering eco-architectural and environmentally sensitive designs and tender documents and supervising the construction of the modern Blantyre Water Board Head Office building.
The project will be divided into two phases as follows:
- Phase 1: Preparation of detailed engineering design and tender documentation
- Phase 2: Construction supervision.
The assignment is expected to be completed within 36 months, with phase 1 taking six months and phase 2 taking 30 months.
The World Bank is supporting this project.
