Malawi’s Blantyre Water Board is inviting consultants to express interest in overseeing the construction of its new HQ. The scope of services includes preparing detailed engineering eco-architectural and environmentally sensitive designs and tender documents and supervising the construction of the modern Blantyre Water Board Head Office building. The project will be divided
