Madagascar invites EOIs for port concession advisory services
The Road Agency of the Ministry of Public Works in Madagascar has invited expressions of interest (EOIs) from consultants to manage the transactions relating to the concession for the new port of Toliara.
The consultant will provide services related to the structuring of PPP transactions, projects studies and the organisation of tenders.
The work will be divided into three phases:
1. Preparation of transactions
2. Decisions and commitments
3. Implementation of transactions
Consulting firms may form an association to increase their chances of qualification.
Interested consultants can obtain additional information at the address below, during the office hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
EOIs should be dropped off or sent to the address below no later than 27 June 2023.
