Eswatini awards US$20.7 million water contract
Eswatini Water Services Corporation has awarded the Lot 1 contract under the Manzini Region Water and Sanitation Project to the Inyatsi Construction Limited - PlemConstruction Ltd - HE Jackson (IPH) joint venture.
The works entail the construction of an intake pumping station, raw water transmission main, the new Matsapha water treatment plant, treated water pumping station and rising main along with staff houses.
The value of the contract is SZL 373,807,069 (US$20.7 million).
The contract duration is 548 days, commencing 31 July.
