EOIs invited from consultants for Liberia fisheries project
Liberia's National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority is looking for a consultant to provide detailed design and supervision services for the construction of fish landing infrastructure at Mesurado Pier in Monrovia.
The project entails the construction of an industrial fish export terminal and an artisanal fish landing site at Mesurado Pier. The site will include post-harvest processing, fish market facilities, store facilities for vessel equipment, repair shops, toilets, and water supply.
The consultant will be expected to undertake studies, prepare engineering designs and tender documents and supervise the construction execution.
The firm must have a minimum of 15 years general experience in civil engineering field, construction works, architectural design, managing construction and supervision, including one similar assignment in the last 10 years involving industrial port design.
The project is being supported with funding from the World Bank.
Interested consulting firms are invited to submit expressions of interest (EOIs) by 29 August 2023 at 16h00 GMT.
