Contractors sought for hotel project in Rwanda
Expression of interests (EOIs) are being sought from companies to build a 100-room hotel in Rwanda on an engineering, procurement, construction plus finance basis.
The hotel will be built in Muhanga district on a 17.8-hectare site. The luxury hotel will have conference rooms, business centre, fitness centre and a mini-golf course.
Interested contractors with experience in hotel construction are invited to express interest. The client is RMK Ltd, which is a private company owned by the districts of Muhanga, Kamonyi and Ruhango. The company will make a 30% downpayment upon commissioning of the hotel, with the remainding 70% paid over an agreed period and interest rate.
Contractors must have been in business for eight years and have experience of high-quality modern hotel projects. They must be able to secure funds to ensure the project’s execution.
EOIs must be submitted to the address below no later than 31st July.
