Consultants sought for solid waste PPPs in Senegal
Expressions of interest are invited from consultants to conduct a pre-feasibility study and provide transaction advisory services for a waste management public-private partnership (PPP) in Senegal.
The project involves the development and operation of waste management infrastructures in Notto Diobass, Sandiara, and Malicounda.
The consulting services required include data collection and analysis, conceptual scheme proposal, detailed technical design studies, and the preparation of tender documents for the construction and
operation of the waste management facilities.
The selected firm will also assist in defining the optimal contractual model, complying with the new law on PPP contracts in Senegal.
Firms may associate or form consortia to enhance their qualifications.
Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by post or email by 14 August 2023
at 10h00 (local time).
