COMESA seeks consultant for office complex project
The COMESA Competition Commission is seeking a consultant to oversee the construction of its new office complex in Lilongwe, Malawi.
The consultant will assist in the preparation of tender documents for the project and supervise the construction of the office complex.
The office complex will be built on a 1.2-hectare plot in Lilongwe. It is envisaged to comprise five floors, two of which will be occupied by COMESA Competition Commission staff and the COMESA Competition Training Law Centre. The other three floors will be leased out to tenants.
The deadline for submitting expressions of interest is 17 August 2023 at 13h00 Malawi local time.
