
Cape Verde invites bids for port modernisation
The Ministry of Infrastructure, Spatial Planning and Housing in Cape Verde is accepting bids without prequalification for the extension and modernisation of land facilities at the Port of Palmeira.
The Port of Palmeira is located on the island of Sal.
The project is being co-financed by the African Development Bank and the European Union.
The work is being tendered in two lots:
Lot 1 concerns the passenger terminal, administrative building, freight terminal, mechanical workshop, access road and the redevelopment of the port storage area and traffic routes.
Lot 2 concerns Palmeira Basic Education School.
Bids can be submitted for one or both lots.
