Angola invites EOI for Consultancy Services on Road Project
Angola's Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries has advertised an invitation for interested consultants to submit expressions of interest for Supervision of Roads Rehabilitation Works Contracts in Cacongo, Buco Zau and Belize.
According to the Notice posted on the African Development Bank website, the scope of the consultancy services includes:
- Supervision of construction of 64.1 kilometres of rural roads. The duration of the assignment is expected to be 18 months of construction supervision period, followed by 12 months defects liability period (DLP).
Procurement (eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure) will be conducted in line with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Framework, dated 2015.

Closing date for the submission of expressions of interest is 25 April 2022 (2.00pm Angola Time). Bids will be publicly opened on the same day (26 May 2022) at 12.15pm local time in the presence of bidder's representatives.
