Joseph Keogh is the director of ECS Associates. He is a chartered quantity surveyor, arbitrator, adjudicator and commercial mediator with over 25 years’ experience in engineering construction projects in Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East, Canada and Australia.

Joseph is highly experienced in contract strategy, project management, preparing, evaluating, defending and resolution of claims both from the customer and contractor perspective. He has a thorough understanding of NEC, FIDIC and client standard forms of contract.
