Surgical Centre Opens In Rwanda
The US$32 million institute focuses on minimally invasive surgery.
Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame has officially inaugurated the first Africa branch of the IRCAD centre of excellence for training and research in minimally invasive surgery in Masaka, Kigali.
IRCAD Africa was developed at a total cost of US$32 million, with France's IRCAD investing US$12 million in equipment and the Rwanda government covering the building
