Senegal’s Executive Council of Urban Transport of Dakar (CETUD) is inviting bids by 7 November for the design of buildings and roads as part of the Dakar Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) pilot project. The work is divided into two parts under one lot as follows:  Part A: Three buildings including administrative premises, a
