IFC Finances Low-Carbon Cement Expansion in Africa
US$48 million loan to back investments in Burkina Faso, Chad and Mali.
The IFC has agreed to providing a green loan of up to €45 million (US$47.7 million) to four subsidiaries of Morocco's OIP with the aim of increasing the availability of low-carbon cement in Burkina Faso, Chad and Mali.
