Nigeria Plans 20MW Solar-Hydro Power Plant
Hybrid facility is part of a wider 300MW programme.
The Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) has signed a joint venture agreement with the local North South Power Company (NSP) to co-invest in a 20MW ongrid solar-hydro hybrid project in Shiroro, Niger State in north-central Nigeria.The agreement establishes Shiroro Generating Company as the project company for the 20MW pilot scheme,
