Ambrose Kessy is a Professor of Public Administration at the University of Dodoma. He has a Ph.D. in Development Policy and Management from the University of Manchester, UK. He graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam with a BA in Political Science and Public Administration and also has an MA in Public Administration.
