Morocco is ready for it, with the political will to move fast and build well. The 26 million target by 2030 is not an aspiration. It is a commitment. Aligning Moroccan Ambition with Global Capital
The summit's most anticipated session brought together voices from government, institutional finance, development banking, and private capital to examine a central question: how does investor interest become active capital deployment?

Together, they surfaced the frameworks, partnerships, and confidence-building measures needed to accelerate investment across Morocco's tourism, hospitality, and real estate sectors.

Where Conversations Became Opportunities
Central to GIS - Morocco were its signature Pre-Scheduled Face-to-Face Meetings: structured rounds connecting investors, developers, project owners, operators, consultants, and advisors through focused, agenda-driven conversations. These were not introductions, they were the beginnings of partnerships, project evaluations, and investment discussions.
The Decision Behind the Deal
Oussama El Kadiri, Partner - Head of Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure Advisory - Knight Frank MENA, moderated a candid panel on investment decision-making, featuring Lotfi Lebbar, Principal - Investments - European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD}, and Mehdi Bennani Smires, CEO - Sirayane Hospitality.
The session offered a rare, unfiltered look at the criteria transforming promising projects into viable investments and the realities shaping capital allocation across Morocco's real estate and hospitality sectors.
Closing the Day
The summit closed with a Cocktail Dinner at the Atlasi Terrace, where conversations deepened, relationships formed throughout the day were cemented, and the potential for future partnerships continued to take shape.
Looking Ahead
GBB Investment Summit - Morocco proved that the right room changes everything. When government vision, institutional expertise, and private capital converge with genuine intent, the results extend far beyond a single day.
Morocco is not a market on the horizon, it is one already in motion, backed by clear policy direction, strengthening institutional frameworks, and growing confidence from international investors. The foundations are not being laid; they are already in place.
Reflecting on the purpose behind the summit, Ravi Kumar Chandran, Founder & Managing Director of GBB, said:
"We built this summit on one principle, that principals should meet principals. Bringing global capital face to face with Morocco's hospitality and real estate opportunity, in a setting designed for serious conversation rather than spectacle, is what produces outcomes that matter. Morocco's investment cycle ahead of 2030 is among the clearest in the market today, and Rabat showed the depth of interest in participating in it."
The relationships formed, the projects discussed, and the capital introductions made in Rabat carry real weight. These are the conversations that precede decisions, the meetings that evolve into mandates, and the connections that determine where investment flows and where development takes root.
The summit has concluded, but the opportunities it set in motion are only just beginning.
